Arnold is CDA's Managing Director and the Director of Search International LLC, a recruiting enterprise which places lawyers throughout the US and in Western Europe. He created the theory, principles, counseling method and processes of the RE-CONtextualization™ Method over the last 18 years by extensively researching the behaviors, decisions and beliefs of highly successful business leaders in several industries and professions. He also spent many years observing a myriad of productivity and interpersonal communication advances in the human potential field. Arnold's own sales and business development experience is from 32 years in the dental industry as a salesman and business manager. He was also the Founder and Director of a non-profit group the Organization for International Cooperation which promoted public support for the United Nations and US-Soviet friendship projects throughout the 1980s. OIC regularly interfaced with UN Ambassadors and many other highly placed UN officials. Arnold has been interviewed many times on TV, Radio and by many newspapers. He has lectured to many organizations such as: The Philadelphia Bar Association, Princeton University's Center for International Studies, the United Nations and to many other schools and business groups. He has had various articles published on recruiting and business development nationally. He is a past member of the PA-Russian Business Council, Business Executives for Nuclear Arms Control, the Brehon Law Society of Philadelphia and the United Nations Association.

CDA is represented by Mary M. Luria who is a Partner at the law firm of Davis & Gilbert LLP in New York City. She specializes in Intellectual Property; Publishing and Licensing; Advertising, Marketing and Promotions as well as New Media. Mary practices broadly in the intellectual property area and advises on copyright, trademark, trade secret and patent matters for a wide range of Fortune 500 clients. In addition to basic issues of securing appropriate protection for intellectual property, she drafts and reviews complex intellectual property contracts, ranging from acquisitions and dispositions to publishing and licensing contracts in industries as diverse a books, videos, software, photography, graphic and fine art, toys and games, apparel and fabric. Mary has extensive experience in the computer industry. She has negotiated computer contracts for over 20 years, from early business and reference databases to recent Internet applications. Also, Mary counsels on antitrust compliance issues, particularly as these affect the acquisition, use and licensing of intellectual property.
Before joining Davis & Gilbert LLP, Mary was formerly a partner of the New York City law firms of Satterlee & Stephens and Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler. Mary received her undergraduate degree from Radcliffe College, Magna Cum Laude and her graduate degree from Yale Law School, 1967

Steven J. Rocci Esquire advises CDA Consultants and our clients on a wide variety of development issues. Steve is a Partner and Member of the Policy Committee at Woodcock Washburn in Philadelphia. Woodcock is a prestigious, nationally known major law firm specializing in intellectual property law. Steve's law practice encompasses patent, trademark and copyright work. His patent litigation, counseling and procurement practice spans a wide variety of technology areas, with particular emphasis on electronics, computer science, telecommunications and internet technologies. Steve has gained recognition for his efforts on behalf of his clients nationwide. Steve's technical background is in electrical engineering and previous to his legal career, he worked as an engineer and engineering consultant for Fortune 500 companies. Steve has been a trial counsel in numerous patent infringement matters, including a number of jury trials. Clay supports CDA managers and clients in a wide variety of business development and marketing related issues. He is the Senior Attorney at The Chavers Law Firm based in Washington, DC. Clay and the firm represent a broad spectrum of clients, from individuals to large corporate entities. The practice involves high profile domestic and international corporate transactions, civil rights, major class action matters, entertainment and employment law. His clients have also been African governments.
Clay’s legal experience prior to private practice was with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Justice, Civil Division and the US Civil Service Commission.
He is a graduate of the Howard University School of Law, Class of 1975. He is a member of the National Bar Association, The American Bar Association, The District of Columbia Bar Association, The Pennsylvania Bar Association and The Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association.
